Reid Green & Co has sold it’s 100% holding in Planet Compliance to Spacebar Ventures, a US based Acquisition Fund for an undisclosed sum.
Planet Compliance is a digital content platform and global marketplace that enables legal & compliance professionals to discover RegTech and LegalTech solutions. Planet Compliance offerings covers content distribution, ratings coverage, and directory search engine that enables the leading RegTech firms to be discovered, understood and connect with their target audience within the compliance community.

The sale of Planet Compliance was completed through a privately negotiated transaction.
